Unite-Care app for iPhone and iPad

Unite Care EMR enables the doctor to record the patients medical record in a very easy and intuitive way. The templates for Diagnosis, Case Sheet and Prescriptions enable the doctor to quickly capture the information & also aids as a checklist.

The purpose of this app is to enable the doctor / care giver to give a personalized care to the patient. The previous visit details at doctor’s finger tips will aid in enabling a patient centric care & give patient the trust that the doctor is providing him a holistic treatment. The app when integrated with the Practice Management, enables the doctor to request for prior authorization, submit e-prescriptions & e-claims.


The stand alone app further has the ability to do the above across multiple clinics & provide the doctor the ability to consolidate Patient records across multiple clinics & generate revenue report.

The health records are stored in your iPad device in an industry standard AES-256 encrypted sqlite db & can be backed up to iCloud, dropbox or your own local storage when integrated with Practice Management. The data of Unite Care EMR will NOT get synchronized to any other iOS device for the sake of privacy & security.
